Don't let the -200 degree part scare you. 3 minutes in the machine makes back and leg pain from a day of reffing ball non existent. I called BS in my mind when I heard things like, "it'll be the best nights of sleep for days following". Crow is clearly a dish best served cold!"

I could feel it working on both my knees and back almost instantly, and it’s not as horribly cold as what folks might think.
